DESCRIPTION:Details: \n\n* Tuesdays – East Side Walks\n\nWe meet at the e
 ast gate (main entrance) in the Ejido. We walk dogs in the east kennel are
 as and what we refer to as the general population. We have a specific rout
 e we walk. If you are new\, other volunteers can show you the ropes (or le
 ashes).\n\nNew Volunteers are always welcome! Whether you are a seasoned p
 ro or a first timer\, we would love to have you join the pack!\n\nIf you a
 re new to SFDR or new to dog walking\, please let us know. You may ask for
  Laura F\, Laura B\, or our volunteer coordinator\, Belle.\n\nWe strongly 
 recommend letting us know in advance if you plan to join a walk.\nContact 
 us at volunteers@sanfelipedogrescue.org\n\nPlease be sure to sign in and o
 ut on the volunteer form located in the entrance area. This allows us to t
 rack volunteer hours for grants and for organizations that ask about our l
 evel of community support.\n\nJoin us as we get our dogs out and about! Ou
 r group walks are a vital part of our mission\, providing the physical and
  mental stimulation our dogs need to thrive outside of their kennels.\n\n&
 nbsp\;\n\nThese bi-weekly outings are designed to:\n\n 	Burn Energy: Essen
 tial physical exercise for a happy\, tired pup (and a healthy human!).\n 	
 Build Manners: Practicing leash walking and simple commands in a real worl
 d setting.\n 	Boost Confidence: Socializing dogs through new experiences t
 o prepare them for their forever homes.\n 	Strengthen the Bond: Creating a
  meaningful connection between the dog and their handler through shared ti
 me and trust building outdoors.\n
